Dr. Lay had to step back from teaching temporarily, as she grew her family. We will return in late 2024 with offerings.
Reiki Training
Dr. Callista Lay offers training for Reiki levels I, II and Master Teacher in the Traditional Usui lineage, with some additional Tibetan techniques.
Reiki Level I

In level I you will learn the history, tradition and principles of Reiki. Additionally you will learn hand placements utilized to perform Reiki, and be instructed on the use of self-Reiki. You will also be given information on intuitive gifts to help you understand yours, and you will learn how to apply Reiki to your animals. The training will conclude with your first Reiki attunement, aligning you to the Reiki energy.
Reiki Level II (pre-requisite level I)

In level II Reiki you will receive the first 5 symbols in which Reiki operates, and be instructed on their use and application. You will further your development with the information provided in level I and receive your second attunement, making you ready to begin use of Reiki energy healing on others.
Reiki Master Teacher (pre-requisite level I and II)

In the third and final training, you will be given the remaining Reiki symbols, including the Master Symbols, as well as develop a deeper understanding on what it means to be a Reiki Master. Additionally you will be given your final attunement, and instructed on how to offer attunements to others, giving you the skills required to teach Reiki on your own.
Dark Healer: Honoring Our Shadow

Shadow work is one of the highest forms of dedication one can have in their healing process. It is often deeply painful yet deeply profound, and through the journey of honoring and, dare I say, loving our shadow self, we meet the Dark Healer within.
This workshop will center around learning about and connecting to our shadow aspect. We will utilize techniques including meditation, visualization, the Tarot, and Reiki healing to help attendee’s develop a deeper understanding of their shadow self, as well as release wounding they are no longer in alignment with so they may integrate wisdom and peace into their being.
Tarot 101

Dr. Callista Lay teaches the Tarot with the belief that each card offers a medicine, or opportunity for healing. Spirits highest wisdom is that of empowerment and love, and it is with that belief in mind that Dr Lay’s developed her view on the Tarot.
These classes will offer “traditional” views on each card, as well as Dr. Lay’s view of the energy present with each message. You will be encouraged to tap into your own knowing around each card, as well as practice reading the energy of the cards, and utilize spreads to help you bond deeper with the messages and wisdom of the Tarot.
Group Guided Meditation
Bi-Monthly Dr. Lay hosts an in-office Meditation, with access to join remotely. Dr. Lay utilizes the Tarot and well as her own intuition to curate the content of the meditation, making each session a unique healing experience. Each meditation is comprised of sacred silence, guided visualizations, Reiki energy healing, and essential oil application.
